Our CoType Foundry End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) becomes a binding contract between you and CoType Foundry on the earlier of you clicking accept in the order process, starting to download the Font Software, or commencing use of the Font Software. This is a legal document, with legal effect. It is important you consider and understand it, and for you to have authority to continue (for example, if you are obtaining licences on behalf of a company). If you do not wish to enter into an enforceable contract please don’t continue with the order process, or use the Font Software.
